Pumped Hydro Energy Storage (PHES)

There are 2,000 sites in Australia that have been marked for Hydro power plants. Typically, these sites need cheap day time power – solar farms are envisaged by the ECI co-op group and future opportunities that need action now to secure these sites are being investigated.
